All Series 20 RFID Print & Apply Labeling Heads are equipped with a 12" O.D. unpowered unwind assembly with a dancer arm controlled brake. Optional 16" unwind assembly is also available.

Series 20 RFID Rewind Options:

All Series 20 RFID Print & Apply Labeling Heads are equipped with a separately powered rewind assembly.

Series 20 RFID Low Label/Web Break/Ribbon Out/Label Out Package Alarm Option:

Low Label Sensor

The low label sensor is adjusted to look across the unwind roll of labels. On most machines the low label sensor will only illuminate an alarm light to provide a warning to the operator.

Web Break Sensor

The web break sensor is located just prior to the rewind roller assembly. The web is inserted into the slot to indicate presence of the web. Should the web break, the sensor will no longer see the presence and therefore indicate a fault condition. On most labeling heads this will illuminate an alarm light.

Label Out/Ribbon Out Sensor

The label out and ribbon out sensors are located inside the OEM print engine.

On most labeling heads this will illuminate an alarm light.
