Label Head Applicator Options

Peeler Bar Extension - Print and Apply

Peeler extensions are used for short labels that are under spec for the print engine being used. They can be used in lieu of label backfeed which slows down the label application

Peeler Bar Extension - Apply Only

Extends the standard peeler bar by 6". This is typically used in wipe or roll-on type applications

Applicator(Snorkel) Extension Assembly

This assembly will remote the peeler bar and applicator away from the head. It is used where there is no room for the labeling head to reach into the area of application such as a vertical form/fill/seal installation. Assemblies are available in the following lengths: 6" 12" 18" 24" Custom lengths (up to 24") Note: labels will be in queue for P/A applications

0-90 degree Swing Assembly

This assembly allows the peeler to be rotated 90 degrees down from the standard position.

This feature is standard on the Model 300 Head

APP-CP PLC Control Package

Some applicators require logic provided through a PLC. On machine where a PLC is not used as the labeling head controller, this option is required

Air Assist Air Package

This package provides an input air regulator and gauge, air assist solenoid, air assist flow regulator, air assist tube and mounting bracket.

For the Series 3000 a mounting panel, panel mount regulator, and gauge are provided

Venturi Vacuum Package

This package provides a vacuum generator and vacuum flow control and solenoid.

For the Series 3000 a mounting panel, panel mount regulator, and gauge are provided.
