Conveyors

The Series 1000 Table Top Chain Conveyor is the base for LSI's line of product handling components. The extruded aluminum side channels with integral T-slots provide mounting for sensors, scanners and controls as well as metering, alignment and label application devices. The innovative integrated chain return adds to system design flexibility and safety, while maintaining a near flush profile, for stable side to side transfer for even the smallest products.

Conveyor Belt Options

	Rex type Table Top Chain- typically used in most bottle or carton transportation applications
	Rex type (sanded) Table Top Chain- specified for applications where the surface tolerance of the chain is critical
	Mattop Table Top Chain - specified for conveyor widths that are 3"

Conveyor Drive Options

	DC Drive - directly coupled dc drive package allows for variable speed operation. The package can also be supplied with an optional encoder or DC tachometer
	AC Drive - directly coupled AC drive package. The package can also be supplied with a variable frequency drive controller
	Under Hung - this configuration installs the motor under the conveyor

Conveyor Mounting Options

	Integrated Frame - the conveyor assembly can be supplied with aluminum/steel base. Adjustable leveling pads are std. and castors are optional
	Tripod Base - can easily be installed anywhere along the conveyor as required by the application. Adjustable leveling pads are std.
	Castors - can be supplied to increase ease of portability of the system. This is especially useful if a machine is for an off-line labeling operation or is moved from line to line.

Conveyor Guide Rail Options

	Single Type - uses plastic UHMW material. The rail includes adjustable mounts for in/out and up/down adjustment. Available in rounded or flat faced profiles.
	Dual Type - uses plastic UHMW material. The rail includes adjustable mounts for in/out and up/down adjustment. Available in rounded or flat faced profiles.
