Conditions and Guidelines for Ordering Thermal Transfer Ribbons and Labels

• No minimum order, blank stock items only.
• Order quantities must be in full carton increments.
• Only the highest quality label stocks and ribbon materials are used to ensure exceptional print clarity.
• For optimal print performance, each roll of labels includes a complimentary print head cleaning cloth.
• All labels are in roll form, 3" cores, wound out.
• Spacing between labels is 1/8", except for the tag stock & TL-425 items. No perforations between labels except where noted.
• Ribbons or labels may be purchased together or separately.
• When purchasing labels and ribbons together, all Zebra and Sato/Fargo labels and ribbons are packaged with a 2:1 label roll to ribbon roll ratio. Intermec packages are 1:1 ratio.
• ZT-465, ST-465, IT-465 and TT-43 are manufactured tag stock.
• When purchasing tag stock and ribbons together, the ZT-465 and ST-465 have a 3:1 tag roll to ribbon ratio. The IT-465 has a 2:1 ratio. The TT-43 have a tag roll to ribbon ratio of 3:1 (Zebra), 3:2 (Intermec)and 9:2.5 (Sato).
• Sato recommended ribbon length is 410M, however the 360M ribbons on page 26 will perform without difficulty.
• For printers not listed, please consult with our Custom Department.
• Colored ribbons are available on a custom basis.
• Horizontal perforations may be added as a custom order.
• Custom printing and sizes are available.
• Additional Direct Thermal labels are available on a custom basis.
