Line Scanners

CCD-Based Imaging Systems

Accu-Sortís AccuVision line of high-speed CCD cameras offers unparalleled application flexibility and performance. These fixed-position CCD cameras provide omnidirectional, linear, and 2D bar code decoding capabilities for flat and parcel sorting applications. AccuVision products are engineered to ensure reliable performance in industrial settings, and their modular design makes them easy to maintain and service.

Dimensioning System

Accu-Sort's automated dimensioning system ensures product-dimensioning accuracy and allows smarter package distribution. It marries two technologies, integrating a linear array CCD reader with a laser to dimension packages. This remarkable system housed in a single unit automatically measures package size in any orientation along a conveyor belt with as little as 3-inch spacing.

Logics

Accu-Sort's powerful decoder logics are available to complement our line of scanners that do not integrate decoding. We offer decoder logics for both linear and omnidirectional scanners, as well as CCD-based systems.

Terminals

When you need a device to multiplex serial communications data, perform system control functions, or bring number-crunching capabilities to the shop floor, Accu-Sort has the solution. Our line of terminals provide DOS-based processing using the popular PC/104 form factor in an industrial NEMA-rated enclosure. You can write and modify your own interface to suit your application.

Industrial PC

Introducing Accu-Sort's Control Module (ACM). The ACM is an industrial PC control for scanning, dimensioning and material handling systems. The ACM operates under WIN NT, making it adaptable to today's systems and interface methods.

Tunnel Scanning
