Label Applicators

LSI offers 27 different label application methods such a corner wrap, roll-on, blow-on, or air cylinder tamp. LSI can custom design an applicator to meet any application need.


Wipe-On/Roll-On Simple label applicator that uses a brush-on, roll-on, wipe-on method of applying the label. Also known as a merge applicator.	Air Cylinder Tamp Easy to set up and very accurate. This applicator is used for applications such as box labeling, carton labeling, cap labeling, bottom labeling.	Corner Wrap The all mechanical design allows for a consistent, tight wrap of the corner label to the front and side of the carton. Other applicators for side and trailing panels also available.	Blow-On A non-contact applicator that requires no change parts. Used on applications such as promotional labeling or top labeling of food products.

Leading/Trailing Panel Swing Arm Designed to apply a label to the front or front and side of box for bar code labeling. Typical applications include pallet labeling or individual carton labeling.	Vacuum Grid Wipe-On and Roll-On No speed matching is required. Apply labels on to flat surfaces or moving webs. Other applications include drum labeling or bottle labeling.
