Film:

• Standard Films: Our extensive product line provides you with single-source convenience for all polyethylene, co-extruded and polypropylene grade films, blown or cast.
• Specialty Films: Anticipating your needs for tomorrow, we are continually testing new products and modifying existing products to achieve the properties you require. Trial orders are always provided for the end-use testing in your facility.

Bags:

• Stock Bags: We stock at all times, Advanced Poly-BagsTM for emergency production shortages. Our selection of stock bags range from 2" x 3" to 10" x 12" in thickness from 1.5 mil to 4 mil. Inventory permitting, we can ship within hours after receiving your order.
• Custom Bags: We manufacture custom unprinted and printed poly-bags ON ROLLS or IN BOXES along with a large selection of SIDEWELD, WICKETTED, DOUBLE-WALL, and HANDLE bags.       

Auxiliary Infeed Equipment

Parts Counters:

• UC-2400: Whether you need to package individual pieces or kits, count fasteners, medical parts, electronics or other components with the Ultra-CountTM Series Counter. The UC-2400 provides the flexibility and speed to get the job done accurately and quickly.

Scales:

• US-3000: No more missing components in "kit" bags with the US-3000 Check Weigh Scale. Under counts or over-counts can cost you hours or production time, our US-3000 Check Weigh Scale checks 100% of your finished products for missing or excess components.
• US-5000: Where fast changeover is more important than automation, our US-5000 "Flip Scale is the solution. Automatic scales typically require longer setups and are designed for longer runs, but the US-5000 sets up in just seconds. Just slide any "sample" quantity in the load tray, key in your quantity, press the count button and you're finished.
• US-7000: An automatic feeding solution for fasteners, injection molded components, foods or any other bulk products, this net-weigh scale is accurate to .01 lb.. Double production with our dual scale head design or keep it simple with our single head scale.
• US-9000: For precision counting of parts that do not separate or run through a parts counter, the US-9000 is the solution. Parts are fed at optimum speeds from a vibratory bowl feeder and are weighed in a scale accurate to 1/1000ths of one pound. Perfect for accuracy of lighter parts and smaller batches that cannot be counted on a typical net-weigh scale.

Conveyors:

• UF-2000 Incline Conveyor: Incline conveyor transports loose or packaged product to table height. You specify the conveyor width and length along with cleat specifications.
• UF-3000 Incline Conveyor: Further automate your production or packaging operations with incline conveyors designed to transport bulk products from floor heights. This system includes a proximity sensor (scale or hopper) and is also available with level switch controls. Bulk storage hoppers feed the conveyor with vibratory trays or consistent and accurate parts flow.
• UF-5000 Infeed Conveyor: Set the production speeds for guaranteed packaging results, or set the pace rate for operators. Package faster, easier and safer
• UF-9000 Infeed Conveyor: Virtually indestructible lexan buckets contain the smallest of components with no possibility or loss of individual pieces.
