Tray/Carton Formers
Formed trays and top-load cartons offer companies
an affordable alternative to pre-glued sleeve style cartons by
avoiding costly side seaming. The versatile AF & AFC multi-head
tray formers utilize a plunger type forming action with a stiff
, rugged frame design, and heavy duty all-mechanical drive system.
ADCO formers can be mated to any tri-seal carton
closer (including the ADCO RAC-80, SLC, or 16C) for a complete
carton forming & closing line. |

Vertical Cartoners
Vertical End Load Cartoning machines are probably
the most overlooked design for loading cartons. Because the cartons
are positioned vertically, gravity can be exploited to speed up
hand loading of single to multi count products.
Vertical cartoners are also perfect for loose-fill
product applications where automatic scale or volumetric filling
